The “Hood Idol Tour” can be considered a new-age path for artist development. Not only does the tour help artists but it also helps those looking for talent as well. Record Labels, Promoters, DJs, bloggers, magazines, and others use this event intending to find unheard talent.

Top songs are chosen by djs and industry Professionals.  The top 3 songs will win the performance opportunity to perform April 12 at Main Steet Lounge in Moss Point, MS for the cash prize of no less than $100 and no more than $500 (cash prize depends on number of contestants), Tv interview, Magazine Placement, 2 Hours of Studio Time at 16 bars recording studio in Jackson, Ms, Free beat and other prizes valued over $1000 will be awarded to the top performance as the Grand Prize. 

The winner is chosen by the judges and the audience by a scoring system.
